Letter to First Lady Hillary Clinton PDF Print E-mail
December 21, 1998
The First Lady, Hillary Rodham Clinton,
The White House,
1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W.,
Washington, DC 20500.

Dear First Lady,
May the blessing of God be always with you, your beloved husband and daughter Chelsea. Amen.

In the last three years I have written several letters to you on various subjects, such as Chechnya, Palestine, Bosnia, etc. With each passing day, I have developed a great respect, admiration and affection for the First Lady as one of the best human being in the present world. In the recent presidential crisis, you have once again proven to be the most trust worthy and loyal friend of the President. You have shown not only to Americans but to all the people of the world what family values are by setting an example with your own actions. You have stood by your family like an anchor and have given strength to many in the world who may have faced the similar problems. God bless the First Lady and the First Family for showing others how to face a crisis such as this and remain united, strong, graceful and dignified. I do not find adequate words to express my true feeling about the First Family. In simple terms,  I can state that my AFFECTION for the First Family has been elevated to the level of  LOVE. May God enormously bless the First Family.

Dear First Lady, your recent trip to the Middle East must have given you, Chelsea and the President a glimpse of how the people in the area view the First Family. You saw in the eyes of the innocent children of Israeli and Palestinian nothing but love and peace but the adults gave you a different picture. In Israel you saw "Go Home Clinton" signs, but in Palestinian areas you witnessed genuine respect and affection for all three of you. This must have been a source of great satisfaction for the First Family. Palestinians have followed the advice of the President and have recognized " the right of Israel and its people to live in safe and secure lives today, tomorrow and forever," and I hope that Israel will also accept the President's advice to recognize " the right of Palestinians to aspire to live free today, tomorrow and forever." May God reward you all for giving a sense of hope to Palestinians.
Sincerely,

Mr. M. Khaliq Qureshi, 1317 Shamrock Lane,
Plano, Texas 75093. Res. Tel. 972-380-5108.
